Some locations require permits. It’s typically the client’s responsibility to secure them, but I’m always happy to help guide you or suggest alternative locations if needed.

Absolutely. I love knowing what you’re drawn to. While every wedding is unique and not every inspiration image can be recreated exactly, your input helps guide the overall feel and priorities of your day.

The number of images varies based on coverage and event flow, but most full wedding days deliver hundreds of thoughtfully edited images. Your online gallery will be ready within 6 to 12 weeks, with print and download access included (the timeline will be clear based on the package you choose).

Nope. Your images are delivered clean and watermark-free, with a personal print release included.

You receive full personal-use rights—print, share, and enjoy your images however you’d like. I retain the copyright, which is standard in the photography industry.

I carefully curate and edit the best images from your day. Unselected images (blinks, duplicates, misfires) are not archived or available for purchase.

Booking is simple! Once your contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved. Easy, clear, and stress-free.

Not at all. Low-light receptions are kind of my thing. I’m highly experienced with professional lighting, flash, and camera gear and can work confidently in any environment—from candlelit barns to packed dance floors. If you’d like, I’m happy to share full galleries from weddings with darker receptions so you can see exactly how it looks.

Yes—always (unless you tell me otherwise). I know how important these photos are, especially for parents and grandparents. I’ll guide and organize family portraits efficiently so they’re done beautifully and quickly, without taking you away from your day for too long.

I use top-tier professional gear with multiple camera bodies, lenses, lighting setups, and backups—because there are no do-overs on a wedding day. I’m fully prepared for anything that comes up. (And yes… I may own a lot of gear. My chiropractor has opinions.)

Yes! Select off-season dates and non-Saturday weddings may qualify for special pricing. Reach out and I’m happy to walk you through current availability and options.

The retainer and all payments are non-refundable. Your retainer secures your date exclusively, and once booked, I turn away all other inquiries for that day. Full details are always clearly outlined in your contract so there are no surprises.

For weddings, most venues already have a weather backup plan, and I always do too. I’m experienced in adapting quickly and creatively, whether that means adjusting locations, timelines, or lighting to make the most of the day—rain or shine.

For engagement sessions, we typically reschedule if the weather isn’t ideal. No pressure to force it—we’ll wait for conditions that feel right. (And yes, rainy weddings can still be absolutely stunning if you’re curious!)
